1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, installing, or using the EHCF (Ethical Healthcare Foundation) mobile application ("Application", "Service", or "App"), developed and operated in partnership with MaoSolutions ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install, access, or use the Application.

⚠️ CRITICAL MEDICAL DISCLAIMER The EHCF Application is a digital health record and device synchronization tool designed for health tracking, data recording, and communication with compatible Bluetooth diagnostic peripherals. EHCF DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR EMERGENCY SERVICES. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, diagnostic result, or symptoms. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of metrics or test results displayed in this application. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

2. User Eligibility & Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use this application.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and authentication tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or breach of your account.
Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and baseline profile information for medical tracking accuracy.

3. Bluetooth Device Integration & Measurements

The Application interfaces with certified diagnostic Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and classic Bluetooth hardware (including Smart Scales, Blood Pressure Monitors, Glucometers, Pulse Oximeters, Hemoglobin Meters, Digital Stethoscopes, and Thermometers).

Device Calibration & Maintenance: You and your healthcare administrators are responsible for ensuring that all connected physical medical diagnostic instruments are properly calibrated, charged, operated, sanitized, and maintained in accordance with their respective manufacturer instructions.
Measurement Limitations: Sensor readings can be affected by physical conditions, movement, incorrect cuff/probe positioning, physiological variations, environmental factors, or depleted battery levels. MaoSolutions and EHCF are not liable for inaccuracies resulting from hardware defects, improper sensor usage, or uncalibrated third-party equipment.
Stethoscope Audio Transmission: Digital stethoscope audio streams and auscultation files are captured by and transmitted directly from compatible external hardware. The Application acts as a display and storage receiver and does not replace in-person clinical auscultation by a trained physician.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using EHCF, you agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the Application or underlying communication protocols.
Attempt to bypass authentication, cryptographic token security, or tamper with test data transmissions.
Input false, forged, or fraudulent health records or patient profiles.
Use the application in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair server infrastructure.
Use the application for any unlawful, unauthorized, or infringing activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, user interfaces, visual designs, codebases, logos, trademarks, database schemas, algorithms, and documentation related to EHCF are the exclusive intellectual property of MaoSolutions and its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely for authorized personal or clinical health monitoring purposes.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to our collection, processing, synchronization, and storage practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy, including our zero-sale health data guarantee and our explicit account/data deletion provisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall EHCF, MaoSolutions, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Any adverse clinical outcomes, delayed treatment, or health complications resulting from reliance on data, charts, or alerts displayed in the app or received from attached diagnostic hardware.
Loss of health logs, hardware pairing interruptions, network transmission delays, or unauthorized access resulting from device compromise.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular clinical purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the EHCF Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When updates are published, the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Application following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
